HOW DO I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICES?

We will reply to you within 24 to 48 hours, not including weekends and public holidays, in which case we will read your message the next day. Deadlines can vary very slightly during special offer periods or at Christmas time, for example. If you do not receive a reply within this time, please call us directly on 04 22 45 21 44, as your message may have ended up in our junk mail.
WHERE CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO?
Clarté Laboratoire delivers across Europe, including the UK and Switzerland. However, we are not yet able to deliver to the overseas departments and territories.
For France, you can choose between 2 delivery methods: Home delivery with Colissimo or delivery to a pick-up point with Mondial Relay.

HOW DO I KNOW WHERE MY ORDER IS?
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Simply click on “Track my order” in the body of the email to access the tracking of your parcel.
You can also view your tracking directly via your Clarté Laboratoire account. To do this, log in by clicking on “My account” at the top right of our site, then click on “My orders”.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
It all depends on the delivery method you chose, as well as the country where you want it delivered to. To find out the deadlines and our rates, please go to the Deliveries & Returns page.
I WANT TO CHANGE THE CONTENT OF MY ORDER. HOW DO I DO THAT?
Unfortunately, once the order has been placed, we cannot change it. If you have made a mistake in your order, place a new order and return the ordered item(s) after delivery. To find out about the returns procedure, go to the “Deliveries & Returns” tab.
I MADE AN ERROR IN THE DELIVERY ADDRESS. CAN I CHANGE IT?
Depending on the progress of your order, we may still be able to change your delivery address. If the order has already been processed by the warehouse, we will no longer be able to modify it. Please contact us as soon as possible by email: email@example.com
I WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE AN INVOICE. HOW DO I DO THAT?
You can access your invoice directly in the order confirmation email you received when you placed the order.
It is also possible to retrieve this invoice directly on our website by logging in to your account in the “My orders” section.

I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD. HOW DO I ACCESS MY ACCOUNT?
When you log in, you can check “forgotten password” and within a few minutes, you will receive an email so you can set your new password.
HOW DO I SUBSCRIBE TO THE NEWSLETTER?
You can sign up for our newsletter on the bottom of the home page.
Enter your email in the box provided and then click on OK. You will then be regularly informed of our newsand will be able to take advantage of personalised offers.

Only payment by bank card is possible.
