I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT/ORDER?
Yes, this is possible. We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the order. To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and unopened, and in its original packaging. The return costs will be at your expense and we will not reimburse the initial delivery costs.
WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW TO MAKE A RETURN?
For the return and the refund to be done smoothly, please following this procedure: (If you do not, we reserve the right to refuse a refund):
1. Send us an email to contact@clarte-laboratoire.com by entering your order number and informing us of your request for withdrawal. From this date, you have 14 days to send us the products (shipment date).
2. Check that any product is in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. Any product that has been opened, used or damaged will not be refunded.
3. Please include in your package the product(s) you're returning, the number of the order concerned and your first and last name.
4. Choose a mode of transport with a tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not be able to accept any claims for a lost package.

I HAVE RETURNED A PRODUCT. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO BE REFUNDED?
Our average it take 2 weeks to receive a refund. These times may vary depending on the delivery of your parcel and the time of receipt/verification of the condition of the products at our warehouse.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY METHODS AND COSTS?
For mainland France, the Customer may choose between several delivery methods, the costs and lead times of which vary:
- Colissimo – free home delivery (in the mailbox), with tracking: 48 hours to 72 working hours
- Mondial Relay – free delivery in a pick-up point, with tracking: 3 to 5 days
For Europe, delivery is only made by Colissimo to a home address.
Shipping is free for any order in Europe above 120 euros.
