WHAT IS AN AIRLESS BOTTLE?

Physically similar to a traditional bottle, the airless bottle is in fact unlike any other, with many benefits.
It keeps the formula inside a bag, so it does not come into contact with the air, which protects it from oxidation, pollution and bacteria.
With a classic bottle, when one millilitre of product comes out, one millilitre of air instantly enters the bottle, where it comes into contact with the formula. In this case, preservatives are required.

In an airless bottle, no air enters the bottle. This creates a barrier against all types of pollution and oxidation.
A press button or a bag-type system can be used. We opted for airless bag bottles that provide the best microbiological protection.
This advantage makes airless bottles the most suitable for preservative-free formulations, so they are as well-tolerated as possible by the skin in the long term.
In addition, airless bottles (especially bag bottles) are more economical and environmentally friendly since all the product is used, without waste.

A patented aeration system - After dispensing a dose, some fluid typically remains on the pump nozzle. For preservative-free solutions, especially those with a high water content, it is beneficial to allow this residual fluid to dry, as it could otherwise promote bacterial growth. When the cap is replaced, the remaining fluid becomes trapped in an enclosed space and cannot dry, creating a humid environment conducive to bacteria. Some aeration systems include vents on the top of the cap, but our patented Clarté Air® innovation offers several advantages over existing designs.

After UHT sterilisation, our formulas are packaged in our airless bottles, improved by our Clarté Air™ patent, in an aseptic environment. The part of the bottle in contact with the formula is sterilised beforehand. 

In addition to compensating for the absence of preservatives, the main strength of our sterilisation process is that all germs and bacteria are destroyed without altering the composition of our formulas. The quality of all active substances is maintained. 


In addition to the quality aspect for our formulas, these systems are ultimately more ecological and less harmful to the environment.

No alcohol or preservatives, which would otherwise be released into the environment, are used during the industrial manufacture process.
